SHIPPING AND PICK-UP POLICY
At the Essex Toy Cave, we can post all around the world, while offering competitive standard shipping rates, based on weight of your parcel.
Please be advised that all items are dispatched within 3 working days, and dispatched Via Royal Mail 48hr Services - occasionally DPD for heavier and more valuable parcels.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your purchase. Each item will be well-packaged to ensure no damage to the toys
All items over 10kg, will need picking up from the store, or please contact me at hello@essextoycave.co.uk if experiencing any issues.
PICK-UP:
All items can be picked up from Hills Self Storage, Brook Street, Colchester, CO12UZ - but please note that the shop is only open on set days (see news and events)
You will receive a notification within 2 working days when your item is ready to be collected from reception - you will need to show an e-mail confirmation of your order and name to pick-up. Note the office is open 9-4pm on Weekdays and 9-2 on Saturday's.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please note that international orders will be sent with appropriate detail for ‘customs’. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees that apply to their purchase. Customer’s are expected to check their country's customs office for specific details and be prepared to pay these costs upon arrival.

DELIVERY ISSUE
Please note that we will need to wait 21 Days from dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.
If you sense that a parcel appears damaged on delivery, please take as many photos / videos you can and send details of the issue directly to hello@essextoycave.co.uk
