Our Grading

At the Essex Toy Cave, while some products are new, the vast majority come pre-loved from past collectors. Please ensure that you check product photos and descriptions before purchasing.

GRADES
  • A – Refers to a New or Sealed boxed item, which could possibly have small marks from storage (always check photos).
  • B – A boxed complete prewoned item (may or may not contain packaging inserts) If Plushie, complete with tags.
  • C – A loose item in good condition (check photos) or a boxed incomplete item) If electrical, tested and working. If Plushie, without tags.
  • D – A loose or boxed item in fair condition (some evidence of damage) If electrical, untested or for repairs.
